“Nice quiet, clean room. Nothing fancy but a very comfortable place to rest at the end of the day. Pleasantly surprised finding both a microwave and decent size fridge in the room. The room was also well lit with multiple options for lighting the room.”
“I have medicine I need to refrigerate. When I got into the room, the refrigerator was not plugged in and it was difficult for me to access. The staff came immediately and plugged it in. I asked how long before it was cool and was told 5-10 minutes (I knew it would take much longer). Hours later, before retiring for the night, I checked the fridge - warm and did not appear to be running. I kept my medicine on ice.

“Beautiful area. Staff changed our room to one on the ground floor without even being asked when they noticed we were both seniors; my compliments! Really good in-room coffee. Mattresses were pretty soft, probably need to be replaced. A mini fridge added to the rooms would be helpful. Room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony overlooking the lake. I plan to return.”
“The beds were surprisingly comfortable! Staff were friendly and helpful. Property seemed safe. Easy, free parking. Room was pretty clean, just needs a little updating. The flooring appeared to have been replaced, which was nice. Breakfast was decent. Good value for the price.”
“when we arrived the whole lobby was stacked with boxes and I was told they were getting ready to remodel the toilet tank did not fill up after you flushed it the hallways smelt like overflowed toilets the towels were dingy and spotted you had to turn in your dirty towels in order to get new towels and the towels were stained the room had a odor of dogs also there was smoking on the no smoking floor and the property does not have an elevator the grounds were not well maintained but the lobby...
“The carpet in the hallway were stained with dog urine. The carpet should be taken out and replaced with something cleanable. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.
