“We did not stay. Questionable neighborhood. Water and hanging wires in the basement. Upstairs shower not usable. Muddy driveway. Seller refused reimbursement even though we did not stay. Just a creepy property. Refused to return cleaning fee even though we did not stay. If I would have been given the address before reserving we would not have booked it.”
“We were so happy with the property, the perfect getaway with our pup. The back deck was great for an evening glass of wine and we were surprised to see two pairs of swans gliding along the lake our first night there. Our pup had fun chasing the boat waves while we relaxed on the shoreline. Close to so many great dog friendly places. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future!”
“We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Hill Resort. The place is quaint so you don’t deal with crowds at the pool. It was nice and quiet. Sits high on the hill overlooking the river so that was a beautiful view of Saugatuck. There is the chain ferry just across the street to take you into town but there are other options as well. “Loved our stay! Marc made sure to think of everything. I really enjoyed the muffins he left out and coffee. Very detailed to the point where we had fresh half and half for our stay and nice tray of cheese, strawberries and grapes. Will definitely be back. ”
“The cottage is so cozy and clean, and the bed is comfortable. The creek, woods and farm also made for such a peaceful stay. The owners have put so much thought into making the cottage and yard a beautiful retreat. If you like walking in the woods there are two county parks close to the cottage. And..you will eat the best cinnamon roll in your life!”
