“I called at least 3 times before our arrival because we would be arriving by Amtrak train after 10:00 pm. Each time I was told I would receive a text or email giving me check in instructions. I was told also that it would be an easy 15 minute walk to the cabin. I never received instructions and worried for hours since our train was delayed 3 hours and did not arrive at West Glacier until after midnight.
