âThe hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing, but the communication with the hotel staff was very poorly managed. At check in they didnât informed us about anything (including amenities, breakfast, etc) and said the only communication tool was through WhatsApp but they didnât replied in the first 12 hours, and then because we didnât replied rapidly they didnât clean our room the next day. Thad was disappointing for an expensive hotel like this.â
