We went back down to the front desk and the employee told us the room was not available because a mirror broke around the tub several days before. However, we were never informed prior or during check in, nor were we offered a discount for the inconvenience. We thought it would be ok because there is still a hot tub in the pool room. However, that was broken too and was cold. No signs...
