"Very nice hotel with a good location. The staff was really helpful as I needed a transfer to the airport with short notice because of the situation with Etna eruption in Catania. Can definitely consider myself living there again if I go back to Palermo."

"Real 5 star hotel. Amazing pool area, and above of that, the Spa was faboulous included in the price. The staff and service was amazing. Frequent cleaning service. Everything was super clean. We wished the breakfast would be till 11 so we could have rest in the morning, and the variety of breakfast could be better. Thanks to the team!"
