“We had the most amazing time. The property is beautiful and filled with Art. The food at all three restaurants is award winning. Wine selections are endless. The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all questions/help with your needs. A beautiful hotel in a magical location. We will be visiting again. ”

“This hotel is just by the shopping mall, and very close to Panama City Airport. We stayed one night only, flying forward to Bocas. We were greeted and treated as we are old time regulars. Everyone was polite and helpful. Staying at 8th floor, we had close access to the roof top pool. Price/performace, excellent.”

“Large hotel, but very comfortable. Right by the entrance to the canal. Nice staff. Excellent location if you do not want to stay right in the city centre. Taxi to the city should be around $ 7. However, I had to ask specifically for a receit when checking out - and was not given correct change...”

“This hotel is a solid five stars. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurants was excellent and very tasty. They went above and beyond in anything that you ask of them. The room was perfect and had daily service plus night turn down. The only thing that I would try to make it better is that the shower needs some type of safety handle as the floor is ceramic tile and with the soap becomes a bit slippery. But otherwise this is the perfect hotel for your stay in Panama city. ”
