“We had a very disappointing experience with Motel 6. We checked out on July 4th, but they charged us for the entire week, claiming we never returned the room key — even though the key was handed back. We contacted customer relations to report the issue, but the handling was completely unprofessional. This feels like a scam, and it’s unacceptable.”
