“The only problem we had was the shuttle to the hotel runs every hour, we got unlucky to arrive just after the shuttle left so we have to wait one hour. Kinda scary for first timers like us who’s unfamiliar with the place and not sure whether we’re on the right place. Btw, we arrived at night.”
“Det här är ett topphotell. Supertrevlig och kundorienterad personal. Rymligt fint rum med en säng jag ville ta med hem. Stort utbud av aktiviteter och bekvämligheter. Frukost med allt som önskas. Allt vi ville ha för en nyårshelg där det i övrigt är rätt så nedstängt i Shinjuku.
Men det är stort, och tillrättalagt, och möjligen inte så mysigt, genuint och familjärt.”

I had the third bed with extra fee. It was portable bed but it was not worth the price. It made almost double price by adding one portable bed. I should have reserved 2 rooms instead. It would have been much better. I don’t know why they even try to sell 3 beds in the one room.”
“We are so happy with our stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful and spacious (the entire hotel was stunning). The room was also very quiet which I was extremely grateful for since I'm a light sleeper. The view from the room over the garden was absolutely amazing. The wifi in the room and in the hotel in general was very reliable. The breakfast was good with a lot to choose from and almost all of the food had information on...
