“The automated check in is not so good but the staff was very helpful. I wonder why they don’t do just manual check in. I understand when a group of people come, it might be better. So let it be. Clean and great amenities. The shower curtain smells a bit but it can’t be helped in like humid Japan.”
“The hotel did not meet my expectations based on the photos and reviews I had seen before my stay. The room was extremely noisy - sounds from the corridor and neighbouring rooms were clearly audible. The worst part, however, was the constant noise from the laundry room, where washing machines ran every evening and throughout the night. Even though the laundry room wasn’t directly adjacent to mine, the noise carried easily and completely ruined my sleep.
