Have a wonderful stay at Resarö, Vaxholm in your own fully renovated sea cottage with the waterfront just a few meters away. The cottage is beautifully located on a large sunny ground with its on beach and with a panorama view of the sea. Follow the sun all day long from sunrise to the beautiful sunset. Enjoy the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves and birds singing in the trees during your entire stay - like balsam for the soul.

The cottage is newly renovated with brand new furnishing and contains all necessities to enable a comfortable and exclusive stay. The cottace is light and airy with a outside architecture inspired by the early 20th century. The inside reminds of the New England style with white painted wooden panel and furnishing with a breath of the sky, sea, rustic and luxury. Enjoy the stay by taking a dip in the sea from the own jetty and beach or sunbathe in the sun chairs.

If the weather is suggesting spending time inside you can enjoy your time in the cosy sofa with candle lights in the fire place, preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, spending time in the own garden or enjoy the vast possibilities via TV or Internet - surrounded by the sea as nearest neighbour.

Of course there is the possibility as well to gain access to the nice opportunities in the surroundings starting with relaxing walkabouts, tennis, fishing and jogging on the island as well as visits to nearby Vaxholm (5 km), Stockholm (30 km) and other picturesque places in the archepelago just a few sea miles away (Grinda, Gällnö, Svartsö, Finnhamn). On Resarö there is also the possibility to rent canoe, kayak, SUP and bicycles.

The sea cottage has a separate cosy bedroom with a 150x200 cm bed (Queen size) for two adults and several windows. The bathroom is modernly equipped (wc, sink, shower, hair dryer, towel dryer and washing machine incl. dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, oven, micro oven, dish washer and refrigerator/fridge. The living room contains a dining table, a sofa with table (incl. bed sofa/additional double bed 140x200 cm when needed), a bar desk towards the kitchen and a fire place (due to fire safety the use of candles is only permitted). The airy layout with a high ceiling creates a fantastic feeling of freedom. A walk in closet is available as well, where you can place your luggage and belongings. Most of the lightning can be dimmed and the outdoor lights follow the rise and the set of the sun.

On the large altan you will enjoy the panoramic view of the sea from the genuine garden furniture. Here you also have the possibility to barbecue. On the own ground, ca. 1500 m2, you will have enough space to have fun and play games or just take a rest in the grass. The car you will park next to the cottage on your own parking space.

The living is suitable for 2 adults. Bed linen, towels are included in the price.

-Ca 8 km to Bogesunds castle with café, where you will also find a large nature reserve, where you can enjoy walking tours, picking of mushrooms and beaches.
-Stockholm is ca.30 km close and can be reach by car (ca 30 min), Buss 670 and buss 680 as well as by ship from Resarö or Vaxholm.
