Regarding the cancellation policy, bookings cancelled up to 60 days before arrival may be cancelled free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained for any cancellation. For cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival, you have the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant will enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive in determining the applicable cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays deferred to the next working day. In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee remains owed.
