Positano Luxury Beach House

Welcome to your exclusive residence to his life in the central area of the North coast of Puerto Rico. Positano, located in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy a stunning sea view. Enjoy Positano, in the midst of its spaces, terraces, panoramic views overlooking the sea and a private swimming pool at their feet.
Start each morning with a refreshing dip in the swimming pool before retiring to a beach chair to sunbathe and swim in the abundant sunshine of the coast. About its design, the white color as the main protagonist of a unique environment that leaves us the sea front and extensive facilities in its interior.
You will be surrounded by carefully chosen furniture, good taste. Test your culinary skills in the two fully equipped kitchens with view to the sea. In the evening, enjoy dinner in the open air with a view of the ocean.

Three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house, while two others are on the second floor. Positano is 20 minutes away from what you need, where you will find; supermarket, pharmacy, cafeteria, restaurants, petrol stations, shopping centers, etc. The nearest beach is Puerto Nuevo (one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico) 15 minutes away from the house. And only 45 minutes from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport.
If you are looking for the ideal day walk the Natural Reserve Laguna Tortuguero, Playa Mar Chiquita and the Park of the Caves of the Rio Camuy, are some of the alternatives but within walking distance.

Luxury isn’t entirely accurate

We stayed here as a family of five with extended family making 10 of us. I’ll start with the good part: -views are amazing. Direct ocean view. -the pool is huge and great for families with kids! -the parking area is large, we fit three cars. -separate living quarters with two kitchens and living room. The not so good part: -it was hard to lock up the entire house. We had to ask the host to deliver keys to lock the upstairs. The gate opener was sensitive. Even the lightest touch would open it which we found out after discovering it open all night. -toilet paper was minimal. We had a half roll at best per bathroom and there were no extras. Seems odd given the price per night was $900. -not enough beach towels for everyone at the house. No hand towels. -the beds in the bunk rooms were not made. -No dishwasher and the coffee maker leaked quite a bit. I think this place can become a luxury spot if the host would take better care and provide more given the price point.
