studio apartment is introduced by a small private court, furnished as
outdoor dining area. The apartment opens into an open space under
star-vaulted ceiling with exposed stones, typical of the local
architecture, that consists of a living area with open kitchen and
electric hob, dining area the sleeping area with 1 double bed and tv. Moreover, there is a full bathroom.

The studio apartment are in the old town centre of Veglie,
a town that offers the main services. Veglie is only 10 minutes` drive
away from the beaches of Torre Lapillo and Porto CEsareo, some of the
most beautiful and famous beaches in Salento.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 1pm to 3:30pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 20 is required for late check-in upon request (from 3:30pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
