“Warm, friendly staff and beautifully landscaped layout with multiple structures around a central pool and open-air restaurant and bar. We enjoyed swimming daily, dining at the restaurant multiple nights and walking down the hill to the beach that was quiet and perfect for us. If we are ever in this area again, we would return here because of the excellent service. If you end up staying elsewhere in the area, we noticed many couples came up just to enjoy the restaurant also. ”

“Latica lodge was amazing to stay at! If you’re looking for that community vibe then this should be on the top of your list. Everyone from all over the world staying there, all having breakfast/supper together was spectular. The owners are everyday people willing to help you out with everything they made the stay so enjoyable. “We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. We had to leave after staying only one of our two nights as we just didn't have enough food.
