Beautiful country house that crowns a 4-hectare estate with mango, avocado, and kumquat trees.

The house can accommodate 20 people distributed in eight double bedrooms. Six of the rooms are double, two of them have plasma TVs with internet, air conditioning, wardrobes, cribs, and their own bathrooms, and four others with two double beds in each equipped with wardrobes and Wi-Fi, with two shared bathrooms. And two other rooms have two single beds each, with plasma TVs with internet, air conditioning, wardrobes, and a shared bathroom.

Inside, the house features a spacious dining room with a fireplace, two baby chairs, air conditioning, a PlayStation, and a 75" plasma TV with internet; and a rustic indoor kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities such as a pantry, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle...etc.

Outside, there is a wooden rustic covered porch with a barbecue, wood-fired oven, wood storage area, sink with dishwasher and washing machine, a chill-out area, private parking, two refrigerators, a bar counter with a plasma screen with internet, a sun terrace on the upper part, a pool with a saltwater system, heather umbrellas with loungers, artificial grass, and a sun terrace on the lower part.

All house plasma screens come with Netflix, HBO, Dazn, Amazon Prime, and Disney service applications. Additionally, it has WIFI in all areas, solar panels, electric water heaters, with new mattresses and bed frames.

It is an ideal place for rural and coastal tourism, as it is located close to both the mountains and the beach.
