“Good and comfort stay”

“I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites.  Which I don't think are now genuine.    Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured.  The room was disgusting to say the least. It was dirty, dead insects, soiled bed linen and pillows, a used condom too!    When the girls asked for the room to be changed or the items to be replaced but the management or staff...

Staff is very cooperative and helpful.. ambience is very good and the plus point is that it is also pet friendly.. they have their own cafe and many other food joints near by.. also have shared kitchen in the resort..”
