First the rooms are dark and uncomfortable and don’t keep the humidity out, so didn’t really sleep. Our mission became trying to stay away from the property as much as possible. Slow responses from personell in restaurant (which only serves buffets now - last year was à la carte). If I’d pay about half I maybe would’ve expected something similar. But a premium price needs a premium stay. And it was far away from that. "
