Ambassadors Hilton Hotel
The hotel was fantastic. A very stylish and high end hotel and service. The staff are the best part. Very helpful offering personal tips for travel with buses, taxis and maps. Just beautiful people! Oh and the food was excellent too, loved the breakfasts.

The room was quite cold, and the walls allowed all noises from outside to be heard. In our room 301, you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The staff was very friendly and professional. However, the surroundings didn't meet my expectations.

O hotel foi recentemente reformado e inaugurado, por isso ainda tem poucos reviews. Resolvi arriscar confiando na marca Hilton, mas achei o hotel caro para o que oferece. Pontos positivos: tem um ponto de ônibus bem na frente do hotel que te leva diretamente para Veneza em poucos minutos. A cama é confortável. Pontos negativos: apesar do ponto de ônibus na frente, a localização não é muito boa, um pouco distante da estação de trem se vc estiver a pé e com mala. Atendimento na recepção poderia ser mais atencioso. Apesar da reforma recente, ainda mantém uma aparência de hotel antigo. Pouco aconchegante. Não voltaria me hospedar novamente.

Obrigada por reservar um tempo para avaliar o hotel. Tenho o prazer de saber que você encontrou o quarto confortável e a localização ideal para ir a Veneza. Da estação são 10 minutos a pé; percebo que talvez com muitas malas não seja fácil, mas ônibus e táxis estão disponíveis lá fora a um preço razoável, dada a proximidade. Lamento saber que Você não apreciou o estilo do hotel, geralmente nos elogiam pela contemporaneidade. Não deixarei de compartilhar o julgamento sobre o pessoal, a fim de convidá-los a fazer cada vez melhor. Recently refurbished. Staff were great. Cheery and helpful. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with all you could need. Hotel is 10 mins walk from rail station and 20 mins from Mestre centre with its square and nice place to drink coffee and eat.I would certainly recommend this hotel

The room smelled of chemicals (probably paint), room was barely furnished and zero decorations. Very few outlets and NONE near the bed. No hair dryer. When we asked for one, the receptionist said it should be attached to the wall in the bathroom!! Of ourse it wasnt, thats why we asked.The toilet stall was aquardly crowded in a small space right near the door and potentially get slammed by it. At breakfast, we were told we couldnt bring any food from the restaurant jn our room. When I asked how about the coffee, the manager told me I had coffe in the room. When I told Him that was instant not coffee he told OK but I had to bring back the cup! Also, they didnt want to take AMEX . The hotel is currently under construction as well. Lastly, during the late evening/night, the emergency/fire alarm went off but there was no anouncement offering any explanation/advice. I had to run in my pyjamas to the desk and ask. It was a malfunction of a sensor. Poor experience.

Dear Aurora,First of all, we want to thank you for your stay and we hope you enjoyed the complimentary up grade we granted you in a junior suite. The hotel is brand new, we have just opened so the smell of the rooms is typical of new furniture and equipment. Other guests appreciate it because they know they are the first to use that room!The hair dryer is available in all rooms inside a drawer (as per Hilton standard). It is a typical hotel rule that the breakfast buffet should be consumed on the spot in the restaurant. As an alternative the room service can be requested with a dedicated menu. The agreement for payments with Amex is in progress (unfortunately in August many offices are closed and our practice has remained to be completed, in the coming days it will be available). It is not true that we did not want to accept it and we are sorry you thought that. Regarding the alarm, unfortunately someone smoked in the corridor on the 7th floor and, for safety reasons, it went off. It was not a malfunction but only safety. Safety for us is a firm point. We are sorry if you interrupted your rest but these are events that we cannot predict.
