Apartment 'Raffaello' with Shared Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The Raffaello apartment in Venice offers 50 m² of space for up to 4 guests and access to a shared terrace. You will have 2 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms. For your private use, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a TV. Wi-Fi is available, and you can enjoy a shared open-air terrace with canal views. Events are not allowed at the property.

In central Venice, near St Mark’s Square, we offer two elegant apartments with a shared terrace, a table and chairs, and canal views. With just 6 units in the building, the terrace is almost always yours alone. Larger families can accommodate up to 8 guests by also renting the other unit. The beds are on mezzanines reached by a small staircase. The Raffaello apartment offers more privacy, with two completely separate spaces. The Donatello apartment is better suited to families, with a more homely feel.



A few house rules:

- Moving furniture is not allowed.

- A cot is available only on request, for an extra fee.

- Two coffee pods per person are provided as a welcome gift.



Late check-in after 19:00 is available for an extra fee per hour.
