It was so close to San Marco and in the centre of all life. Really comfortable room and we had the offer to have breakfast in the main hotel. We would highly recommend.

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber für ein paar Nächte in Venedig wirklich perfekt. Den Markusplatz kann man fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichen und auch die Rialtobrücke ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Lage könnte also kaum besser sein. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sämtliche Mitarbeiter des Hotels freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung für alle, die ein ruhiges Zimmer mitten in Venedig suchen. Von hier aus lässt sich die Stadt ideal erkunden!

Algo complicada ya que en Venecia de por si es difícil de andar con el navegador porque te pierdes continuamente, una vez llegue al hospedaje resulta que el checkin había que hacerlo en otro hotel a unos 5 min andando tirando de maleta claro porque allí no había nadie, que por su puesto fueron más de 5 min pues continuamente te pierdes, eso sí luego te acompañan al hospedaje de vuelta y por un camino imposible de recordar. Por demás, el aire no funcionaba, si estaba limpio pero todo mobiliario viejo como la casa donde está ubicada que además está medio en obras.

The room is beautiful warm and with details of comfort. The building is huge and elegant and it is not yet a whole hotel …it is being built by sections and the entrance and other areas are near clean and under construction.all is done in beautiful taste, I love this place. I love the location by a small canal and vey close to St Marks, Rialto and great restaurants. I m so happy with the choice of Dolce. It is not near Bella Venezia and the worker carried my carry on up and down the stores. About ten small blocks. Not convenient for elderly people. Great for young couples … just love it for me and it would not have been good without the help to make it here first. Needs to be finished ..no reception,

Un gioiellino nel cuor cuore di Venezia neanche 3 minuti sia da St Marco che dal Rialto. Posizione impressionante! Di fronte esiste anche un piccolo supermercato e Bar- Ristorenti- Negozi! Tutto! Speciale ringraziamento alla Signora che non mi ricordo il nome ( Asiatica- Cinese?) che ci ha dato tutta l'assistenza in maniera efficiente e gentilissima!

En dépannage quand hôtels complets
C'est à presque 10 min de l'hôtel Bella Venezia qui nous reçoit que nous suivons le réceptionniste (super sympa) jusqu'à cet immeuble. Arrivés dans une pièce où s'ouvre une porte sur 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain. Il y faisait très chaud au moins pas de problème de chauffage. Ça dépanne bien quand les hôtels sont complets ou trop chers un samedi soir. Par contre proche de San Marco.

There was mold everywhere in the bathroom! I wish I could add pictures. This place was CREEPY. Everyone in our group said it gave them the creeps not just one odd ball. We ran into 1 other group staying there and they had they same feelings. This place felt vacant. My dad who never complains said if we had stayed here more than 2 nights he would have said something. You check in to a very nice hotel and then they walk you 5 minutes away to a dump.

A wonderful place to stay. There is a waterway which passes your doorstop and two restaurants within thirty seconds walk. So easy to get to San Marco’s Square, around a two minute walk. Venice is a busy city and once you close the main door and then go through to your own apartment, it is peaceful and calm. I strongly recommend as a great place to stay.

Hotel didn't have any check in counter and no one was there to communicate. Eventually found out that check is done in some other hotel. Very inconvenient

cuando la solicite no dice que no hay elevador y que hay que subir escaleras y no hay nadie que ayude a subir las maletas y no es apta para personas de la tercera edad el colchon esta terrible, el baño no tiene puertas en la regadera y se sale toda el agua, las cortinas estaban caidas, lo que si tienen es una excelete ubicacion

Petite chambre avec commodité près de st-marc dans un bon emplacement. Il y avait une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre de bain, possiblement venant de l’autre appartement. Nous devons faire le checkin dans un hotel et après sommes rédigés dans notre chambre à bonne distance de marche. La dame de la réception très gentille est venue avec nous une chance car cela n’était pas évident. Notre lavabo de chambre coulait nous svons avisé et quelqu’un est venu le réparer durant la journée.

A very Venetian room over looking a nice canal. Lots of space. Good location. Not too busy but close to everything.
