Bra läge, sköna sängar och trevligt hotell
Hotellet ligger i ett lugnare område, minuter från huvudstråken. Bra frukost, trevlig personal. Rummet var inte superstort, men hög takhöjd gör att det kändes större.

Utmärkt hotell. Var där på våren så vi kan inte bedöma airkonditionen men den kommer att behövas om man åker till Venedig på sommaren. Rent och stora rymliga rum. Enda minuset var att frukosten inte var klar när dom sa, tog ca 20 minuter från öppnandet till att det var klart.

Everything you need for your Venice stay
Stayed for three days in early May and would definitely stay here again. Great location between San Marco square and Rialto bridge (5 min to each), spacious and clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Don´t visit the restaurant the staff recommend if you ask them for a good restaurant, terrible food. Everyone in the staff advice you to the same restaurant so you get the impression they got some kind of deal between eachother. It´s easy to get lost in Venice so free wifi on the hotel was great to download offline googlemaps so you can navigate Venice for free! :) A tip: If you´re heading back to the airport with Alilaguna waterbus, choose the Rialto station instead of San Marco since it´s a lot faster. It took about 45 min from Rialto bridge to Marco Polo airport (VCE).

Staff was very helpful in assisting with water taxi transportation. A nice breakfast bar was included during our stay. There is a fantastic restaurant right in front of the hotel in addition to a great place for lunch via staff recommendations(sorry forget restaurant names) I would recommend this hotel with an FYI there are no elevators they have a lift to bring your luggage to your room.

Quase 5*, mas funcionária NOJENTA no café da manhã
O quarto pra 4 pessoas limpo, espaçoso, banho bom, confortável. Café da manhã seria adequado, mas um funcionária usava a mesma luva enquanto limpava o chão, servia o café, cortava frutas e pegava fatias de queijo/presunto com as mãos pra colocar na bandeja. NOJENTO!

Lovely hotel tucked in a square close to the main sights. Gets quiet at night Very helpful staff Nice breakfast Old hotel so lots of stairs Nice area on every floor to hang out If you arrive by public water taxi at least a 10 min walk. Thats not easy with luggage Would stay there again

A find!
This beautiful boutique hotel in a historic building is a gem. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The room details are amazing & many rooms overlook the campo. The service was excellent; we loved the staff! Lovely breakfast, too. At our request, the hotel booked us a Baroque concert at Vivaldi’s church, which was one of the highlights of our trip.

Wunderschöner Palazzo aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Das nicht zu große Hotel liegt sehr zentral, alles ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit Blick auf den Campo, die Kirche, S. Maria Formosa und den Campanile. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück, das von 8 bis 10 Uhr serviert wird war sehr gut und reichlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

Hotel bonito, charmoso e bem cuidado
Hotel bonito e de bom gosto. Boa localização. Ótimo atendimento. Bom café da manhã. O único problema é que em Veneza tivemos que parar numa garagem que foi extremamente cara 45 Euros e era longe do hotel. O responsável da garagem queria nos empurrar um barco taxi por 90 Euros. No final pedimos informações a um guarda e pegamos o Vaporetto até a Piazza de San Marco. Acho que o hotel deveria ensinar aos hospedes como chegar lá. No restante tudo ótimo. Os quartos são lindos, limpos e o café da manhã muito bom

Great property and in center of all action Friendly staff and good breakfast even. Only thing was a weird smell in the lobby reception area which may be because of canal but worth mentioning We didn’t had that smell anywhere else in the hotel. Just the lobby

The front desk staff is absolutely fabulous . They are helpful, kind, friendly and very professional. The room is very specious and the breakfast is fabulous; and so is the staff. I had an issue with forgetting done documents I left behind in Florence and they gave me valuable advice and followed up. Great experience all around.

The staff acceded to our request for a quiet room, with not too many stairs. The room was one of the largest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and the breakfast very good.

It was delightful staying in this property with such history..To be able to stay in a comfortable hotel that was built for the Vitturi family in the 13 th century and immerse in the history. the rooms are delightful and the bathroom was updated. The staff is the best.!!!

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful from beginning to end. They even surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary! Our room was spacious and very quiet. The bed was quite firm, but comfortable. Good location, within walking distance from the sites we wanted to visit.

We liked the location 5-10 mins walk to St Marks Square & Rialto Bridge. Staff were good. Rooms were clean. Good breakfast included. We didn't like the fact that we had to change rooms after 2 days
