Fantastiskt ställe! Lite jobbigt att gå dit med väskor när man anländer med bil (parkerar i p-hus) men annars var vi i chock över hur fint hotellet var!

Mycket bra hotell
Bra läge med kort och vacker promenad till turiststråken. Mycket bra frukost, vackert och rent rum. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Det enda minuset var den hårda sängen.

Quiet area. Nice staff, nice breakfast. Clean.

Prisvärt utanför smeten.
Hotellet var rent och fräscht och erbjöd mysiga rum i venitiansk stil. Frukosten var ok, men inget speciellt. Hotellet ligger i lite avskilt i ena hörnet av Venedig. Går snabbt att ta sig till de mer centrala delarna med båt men till fots kan det kännas lite avsides. I universitetsområdet som hotellet ligger i så är det mest privata bostäder och lite ödsligt. Ska man ha butiker eller restauranger så måste man alltid bege sig iväg.

Inte mitt i smeten
Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Långt att gå o många broar från centralstationen om det är 35 grader som vi hade - ta en båttaxi! Fräscht och rent på rummen. Standard som man förväntar sig på den här klassen av hotell i Italien, men i stort sett mycket bra. Lungt o skönt!

Nice, Helpful and Updated.
Girl receptionist was very helpful, even walked us for our cab pickup the following day. We booked the annex room and I was pleasantly surprised about how updated and new inside the room is although it looked old from the outside and the pics. You prob need to walk like 10 mins for food but Overall, a pretty good place

I stayed in the "single" room. Nothing fancy but perfect for my needs. Had "twin" bed which is more "full size" by American standards. I knew to expect the hardness of bed and pillows (adjust a bit not to support neck but upper back, shoulder blades). I slept 14 hours and woke completely refreshed. I also expected the shower "spot", there is no shower built in just a floor drain and faucet setup, which is completely normal in Italy. The room was wonderfully quiet even though right by front desk. Staff was wonderfully helpful, courteous and friendly. By the way, contrary to previous reviews, the AC does indeed work but the settings are reversed from what is standard in America. Choose "sun" for AC. Choose "snowflake" for heat. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Although the property was clean, I did not like the family “suite”. We were in a attic room with no dresser or closet, the beams in the ceiling made it difficult to stand strait in certain parts also the bathroom was tiny with no shower only a tub and more beams so you had to bend to wash yourself and also had to sit sideways to use the toilet because you’re knees would hit the sink shelf. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend anyone staying here. Some of the staff was helpful but one particular woman was not.

Quaint hotel - very helpful staff
Very quaint hotel and beautiful location close to many areas. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Only negative would be that there isn't an elevator so can be difficult if you have a lot of luggage like we did since we were about to go on a cruise

Quarto quádruplo horroroso.
A estrutura do hotel é bem interessante e bem apresentável, sendo uma antiga casa que foi adaptada para um hotel. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos e resolutivos. A localização não é das melhores, mas isso eu já sabia quando contratei. O problema que tive foi mesmo o quarto. Reservei um quarto quádruplo. Fomos colocados num quarto que é no sótão, comum pé direito muito baixo em alguns pontos do quarto, criando dificuldades para locomoção e ficar de pé. O pior era no banheiro, onde era impossível qualquer pessoa com mais de 1,70 m tomar banho de pé, pois o pé direito não permitia. Para completar, tinha uma janela no telhado, sem cortina ou blackout, por onde entrava a luz do sol diretamente as 6 horas da manhã.

our holidays depend not only on Hotel amenities but also hotel staff. Hotel Tiziano has the best staff ! Starting with the kitchen girl and finishing with reception staff. Everyone is friendly and kind, patient and paying attention. Breakfast is satisfying. Clean rooms with everyday make up. Quiet hotel with air conditioning . Amazing story of hotel renovation. The place to return.

What a pleasant stay: super friendly staff, a beautiful room with a stunning view over a small Channel.... and breakfast included. We definitely will be back, and if you are travelling light the it's only a 20 minute scenic walk from the train station in Venice.

Sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Service! Wir haben hier uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Lage in schöner Umgebung. Alles sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Das Badezimmer hatte paar Macken, war aber ok. Zu empfehlen für Reisende die es ruhig haben wollen und gerne zu Fuß unterwegs sind.

Family stay for three nights
We had a really nice stay in one of the spacious apartmemts. It was Even bigger and better than expected from the pictures! Great athmosphere both inside and outside. Nice and quizet part of the city. Not so comfy beds (hard mattresses), but everything Else was fine. I would appreciate possibility for spurte separation of waste and a few hooks to hang wet towels but other than that it was really great. Would be happy to come back some time!

The hotel had a 24 hrs reception which was really nice since we checked in late. My family really loved their breakfast offerings. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

El hotel hermoso un Poco retirado ,importante hacer saber que no puedes llegar más que con maletero que lleva tu equipaje en una carretilla los taxis no van y vaporeto retirado no tiene elevador (3 pisos muchas maletas)

Regarding taxis and vaporetto, I inform you that water taxi can arrive just in front of the hotel and vaporetto (waterbus) is just 5 walking minutes from the hotel with 2 stops (San Basilio and Santa Marta).
