Dear Guest, we are sorry you did not like out venue. For the price any extra people which is not in your reservation are due to pay. We have reduced prices for kids from 3 to 9, and free for kids from 0 to 36 months.Our position it's near the Airport which is not in the city center, but we are well connected with the Historical City center by bus or tramway. If you had any issue with cleanliness we are very sensitive to the issue so we like to know if our guest has to communicate with us that's why we provide a 24 hours reception. We hope you pay more attention on reading all the information about the hotel before making the reservation in order to be acknowledge about all the costs as in this case : extra people staying pay extra and city tax which it's 2.40 per person per night. Dear Guest, All our rooms have AC, we have a reception service active h24 to deal with all the information and being very friendly to show our guests how to regulate air in the rooms. Our restaurant service it's available 7/7, most of our dishes are express, therefore prepared and cooked at the time of ordering. If you wait a few more minutes, we have not forgotten about you, but we are working for you. All the bests.

Dear Madame, I feel the necessity to say that your opinion is quite misleading. When you arrived in the afternoon the kitchen was closed so my collegue at the reception listed all the snacks options you could chose. We can understand that you were tired but good manners and education are our priority. When my collegue in an educated way explained you that in your price it wasn't included the access to the poolside you in an angry and rude way answered that you wanted to leave. That's why we agreed to let you use the pool because we want that our guests feel at home when they visit Villa Sara. I cannot accept that a customer doesn't understand that sleeping in a Junior suite and having breakfastand dinner included in the price paying 148 euros per night for the whole family is a very good price for service!!! I need to specify that at the breakfast we serve also fruit juice, cappuccino, coffees and croissants as much as the guests want. The dinner includes two courses with water and coffees. Our kitchen has Burrata, Bufala, Tagliata Crudo of High Quality, and traditional plates. I personally asked you a feedback about the dinner and your answer was "Wonderful,everything tasty", I find very unfair your "voldoend". But you know what for sure I learned from this experience is that from now I will be much more selective with my guests and maybe let them leave if the do not agree with my hotel policy.
