New 3 bedroom 3 full bath house with a boat slip

Welcome to Una Mas! This waterfront camp house was just built this past year with every amenity you could want for a trip to the world-renowned Venice fishing destination. This air-conditioned 3-bed 3-bath property is equipped with a fully-furnished open kitchen, 2 covered boat slips, outdoor patio, 800 lb ice machine, and fish cleaning station.

Una Mas has ample space to comfortably accommodate 12-18 people. Each bedroom includes 2 queen beds and 2 XL twins. Adjacent to the bedrooms, the bathrooms are spacious and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Towels and toilet paper are provided as well. Washer and dryer are available with detergent and dryer sheets.

Una Mas is perfect for socializing with its fully furnished living room and outdoor patio. The common room comes with a 65-inch flat screen and Dish network. A cell phone booster is also provided to improve your network availability. The outdoor patio is located on the back porch, giving a great view overlooking Yellow Cotton Bay for you and your guests to relax after a day out on the water. Below the patio is the fish cleaning station and ice machine provided for you to prepare your catch of the day. The kitchen is equipped with a commercially sized stove, double oven , microwave , coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher that makes cooking for your party easy.

At Una Mas there is covered, private parking with space to accommodate 4 cars. There are also 2 16x40 ft covered boat slips available. We are located approximately 94 miles from New Orleans International Airport and 81 miles from downtown New Orleans.

perfect place for a fishing trip

really nice place, great grill for cooking for many people (kids said I should get a job a waflle house), very comfortable beds (Ive stayed in some other places in the past were like sleeping on a prison cot) loved having the Ice machine and covered boat slip with light, we ahd plenty fo room in the slips for 3 x 22' boats. easy walk to marina for supplies faster to walk than to drive boat around to the dock.

Great time in an EXCELLENT Housecamp!!

Venice Cast & Blast

This property was perfect for our group of 10 people. We were in town for a cast and blast trip. The kitchen was great and had plenty of room for cooking a big meal for all of us as well as the back deck had lots of room for socializing. We especially liked the sleeping arrangements since everyone was able to have their own mattress. Will definitely stay here again and the property owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Everything that we needed was at our fingertips. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfortable and the upper deck was spacious. Downstairs by the boat dock had everything close by, fish cleaning, extension cords and water hoses within reach of the boat a fish cleaning station. When i plan another large geoup for another fishing trip, I will plan it around available dates for this house!

2nd Stay, Perfect

This was the our 2nd stay at this house. A group of 6 retired guys and the accommodations were spot on, no surprises and the house is in as good of shape as it was last year. It shows no wear and tear at all. Could not ask for a better place to stay for fishing, our guides picked us up right at the house. The marina and restaurant are right across the street. The ice machine is an absolute plus that makes the daily cooler set ups a piece of cake. The hosts have always been easy to communicate with and respond in a quick time period. We had no concerns and our only communication was prior to check in, which is a breeze by the way. Thanks again for having our group, enjoyed our 6 day stay.
