Red Fashion House is an elegant apartment located in the heart of Venice, just a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge, in one of the city’s most charming squares: Campo San Cassiano. It is located on the first floor of a characteristic Venetian “terra-cielo” building and is very bright and spacious. The apartment features a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, and a second bathroom accessible from the living area.

The apartment features elegant hardwood floors and ceilings with original exposed beams dating back to the 18th century. From the living room windows, you can enjoy views of beautiful private gardens, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The furnishings are refined, with high-quality finishes that make the space truly special.

Red Fashion House is ideal for 2–4 people and features free Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay.

The apartment is located in a lively area, full of restaurants, bars, and shops. Just a short walk away, you’ll also find two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and cell phone stores.

In addition, Red Fashion House is well-connected to public transportation, just minutes from the San Stae and Rialto Mercato vaporetto stops, with convenient connections to Rialto, San Marco, and Marco Polo Airport.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

We’ll personally welcome you upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We’ll be available to assist with any needs, either via Airbnb messaging or by phone at the number we’ll provide.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For check-ins after 8:00 PM, availability is limited and the following surcharges apply, payable upon arrival:

From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 a.m.

After 8:00 p.m., you can check in on your own by filling out the online check-in form and scheduling an appointment with our staff for the following day between 9:30 AM and 7:00 PM, so we can verify your identity and collect the tourist tax.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
