Lyxigt rogivande hotell
Väldigt trevligt hotel. Lyxkänsla rakt igenom. Känslan av att ankomma med taxibåten till ön där hotellet ligger är mäktig. Bodde i ett rum med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet mot Venedig. Åt frukost på rummet vilket är en upplevelse. Testa även Acquarello som är hotellets fine dining restaurang, rakt igenom mkt bra. Poolområdet ligger fint inbäddat i grönska, väl dimensionerad pool och bra bäddar. Bra mat på restaurangen vid poolen också. Gymmet är ok storlek. Finns en bra tennisbana som är gratis att använda. Gratis shuttle till Venedig som tar cirka 15 min. Det är en vacker färd och kul att åka. Sammantaget har jag bara positivt att säga om hotellet och kan verkligen rekommendera det om man vill ha en lyxig vistelse i lugn men väldigt nära en myllrande stad som Venedig.

Poolhäng i 4 dar efter en kryssning
Riktig lyx på ett av få ställen i Venedig med bra pool. Dyrt såklart, som allting i Venedig.

Härlig miljö och atmosfär
Fantastisk miljö och väldigt centralt med (Gratis) transfer över till Markusplatsen. Boka upphämtning direkt till och från flygplatsen, för att spara tid och besvär. Värt pengarna.

Stort hotell, som ligger på en ö utanför Venedig. Till hotellet går det gratis båtar från Markus platsen ungefär varje halvtimme, ca 10min färd. Allt med hotellet var bar. Mer klassiskt än mysigt och väldigt dyrt med drinkar och mat på ön. Men trots det en 5a.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights this week and had a truly wonderful and relaxing time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the the staff were excellent as was the overall level of service. We are planning to go back next year and stay there longer .

Great location away from the hustle of the main city, excellent service but the breakfast team were under resourced so difficult to find anyone to just order a coffee etc. all other service was excellent

Fairy Tale Palace
The hotel is beautiful and best described as old world luxury! High ceilings with crystal chandeliers, wide hallways, a grand staircase all located on a private island. The grounds are tranquil with lots of greenery and artwork! The views are gorgeous. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The complimentary boat shuttle to San Marco dock is a great feature. The staff is excellent, catering to your every need. Our visit was wonderful and we would love to return!

Un bellissimo hotel, elegante e silenzioso. Stanza vista laguna, otttiima prima colazione. Tanti camerieri, buona parte dei quali NON parla italiano, ma solo inglese: ciò ha creato qualche problema con il room service, con il ristorante a bordo piscina e con vari servizi….. Va bene per la clientela internazionale, ma è pur sempre un hotel in Italia.

Beautiful hotel for a summer stay in Venice - a haven from the heat and crowds - loved the pool as there were plenty of sunloungers and you could find a quiet spot on the lawns if there were noisy children swimming. Service at the pool restaurant was quite slow and food over-priced but good quality. Breakfast buffet was fabulous and nice to sit outside in the courtyard if desired. Drinks service could be better but staff nice and friendly. Complimentary shuttle boat to Venice runs every 40 minutes starting at 9am - would be better starting earlier and running at least every 30 mins as long wait if you just miss it!

My favorite place I stayed in Italy. Secluded away from the madness of Venice. Amazing food at the hotel and the service was the best we got in Italy. The rooms were also quite big and the hotel itself was huge and lux.

What a beautiful hotel with an outstanding setting. All staff were friendly helpful and efficient. Breakfast first class plenty of choice. Ate at restaurant on our wedding anniversary and not disappointed food was delicious and service dry good.

This is luxury, service and pure enjoyment like no other. The property, room and all the staff were just amazing. The palace itself with its numerous buildings( church) and wide corridors and displays were exquisit along with the amazing food at the restaurant and breakfast....along with all the other amenities too. Never stayed at such a unique and luxurios place such as the Kempinski, San Clemente.

Ritengo che un 5 star luxury hotel non possa avere un servizio tale. Lenti nell'evasione delle richieste o addirittura ignorate, ( per esempio abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora l'asciugacapelli senza contare che al check in la stanza nonnera pronta) personale a tratti poco gradevole e spesso in difficolta con la lingua italiana. Purtroppo il soggiorno mi ha deluso e non lo consiglio affatto

Amazing hotel and staff are great….Only problem is I didn’t get much sleep as the room was too hot with no air-con. This is turned off from 30th Sept onto heating system. I had to open window and now I am covered in mosquito bites.

Excellent property with amazing views of the city and water. A short water shuttle to the grand canal on any one of the property’s own boats. Linens are outstanding and you will want for nothing. Enjoy fresh pastries with outstanding breakfast (complimentary) and mimosas each morning. Several dining options and in house bars. Irene in the main bar was delightful, knowledgeable, and excellent! Our concierge was extremely helpful and attentive. This was my second visit to paradise and I will definitely be back!!

Amazing hotel, always clean in all areas. Staff couldn’t do more for you and always friendly and professional. My husband lost his credit card and within a few hours the staff had located it in the laundry! Breakfast was amongst the best I’ve had in a hotel, you could even choose prosecco if you wish! The water shuttle over to main Venice was always prompt, we loved our stay here.

Nice hotel, but needs some adjustments
The staff, when we were there, was not very welcoming. Some of them were polite, but a lot of them were grumpy. The lunch in the pool bar is not very good and the breakfast is mediocre. The dinner location is fantastic and the food is nice. The wine was fantastic. Also, the rooms does not have separate air conditioning. They are on a central system. We adjusted the room for 20 degrees Celsius, but the temperature was maybe at 24 degrees. Tried to adjust it to 17, 15 and then finally 10 degrees, but nothing happened. The location is fantastic and the concierge does a very good job. All in all a good stay, but could have been better.
