Great for 2 people to see the Biennale or just sightseeing !

Irene and Francesca are excellent hosts and replied quickly to all my questions. We spent 7 nights there in November 2019. We were very glad to stay in such a quiet, modern, well kept apartment a bit away from the main tourist zone. Comfy bed, good shower. Big table where you can work or eat. Very clean and well maintained. On the 2nd floor so be prepared for a few steep stairs. A short walk to 2 Vaporetto stops and an easy walk to Arsenale, Giardini and San Marco. There is an excellent bakery around the corner and a few restaurants nearby. Grocery store is a 10 minute walk. The kitchen is modern with a small fridge and 4 burner cooktop (no oven, though there is a microwave). It's fine for cooking breakfast or something simple. The washer was great to have for a long stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Live like a Venetian

This flat is a jewel. Small and cozy located off the beaten path which is were the beauty in Venice lies. Irene was an amazing host and checked on us often to make sure we had all that we needed. Venice is an absolute little piece of heaven and staying close to St Mark’s made it easy to take breaks in between tours etc. We will visit again and hopefully book this exact property again. Great shower, great ambiance. We just loved our time away. Take converters if visiting Italy. We forgot ours and you will constantly take pictures in Venice.

Excellent!

This one-bedroom top floor apartment is in a quiet and excellent location - very convenient for the Arsenale stop. All the fittings are very new and the place feels spacious. It is air-conditioned, very well maintained and impeccably clean. Every effort was made to be of help - for example, a faulty hair dryer was immediately replaced. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment.

Une très bonne adresse

Appartement propre, tranquille (quartier très calme et pourtant proche de Saint Marc), spacieux et très bien équipé, proche de l'arrêt Arsenale ce qui facilite grandement départ, arrivée et transports en Vaporetto. Nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer nos hôtes ayant dû quitter un peu précipitamment Venise pour des problèmes d'avions, mais Irene a toujours été disponible immédiatement par téléphone ou par mail pour préparer et organiser efficacement et gentiment notre séjour. C'était notre premier séjour Homelidays et tout s'est très bien et facilement passé. Encore merci Irene !

Zauberhafte Oase in ruhiger Lage und nah am Zentrum.

Ein perfekter Standort mit einer sehr guten Infrastruktur in einem charmanten Viertel. Wir waren zu Zweit und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön restauriert und gute Betreuung. Danke für die schönen Tage.

Irene and Francesca are the perfect hosts! Communication was excellent and fast from the moment we booked the apartment until the day we left Venice. Perfect Location in the center of Venice

This all-new and very clean appartment is perfectly located to discover the main sightseeing-spots of Venice by foot. A Vaporetto-Station, Supermarket and a Bakery for the daily needs are also just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there, especially the very friendly welcome of our host! She really takes care that everything is just fine for her guests.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour à 2 à Venise

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Venise. L’appartement est très agréable, refait à neuf, très propre, spacieux et lumineux dans une rue calme mais proche du centre et de la place Saint Marc. Nous avons pu ainsi visiter tous les quartiers de Venise à pied. Les échanges de mail avec Irène pour l’organisation de la location ont été très faciles. Grace à elle, ce voyage a pu être organisé au mieux, conseils pour se rendre de l’aéroport à l’appartement, accueil très agréable par Francesca, très ponctuel. Je tiens également à remercier sincèrement Irène pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance qui m’a renvoyé par colis ma veste et mes clés que j’avais oubliées dans l’appartement.

Excellent location

The flat is brand new with AC or heating (if needed) and all conveniences in a very quiet area minutes away of vaporetto or Plaza San Marco . I mean it:just walking. Very central. Difficult finding something better.
