Härligt hotell
Mycket fint och snyggt hotell. Utmärkt personal. Hotellet kändes familjärt och personligt. Hotellet ligger ganska avlägset men busshållplats utanför dörren.

Süßes Hotel mit super nettem Personal in Mestre. Die Parkplätze sind ausreichend groß und die Zimmer sind sauber. Nur die Gegend war etwas fragwürdig. Wir waren abends noch unterwegs und ich habe mich etwas unsicher gefühlt.

Staff was helpful, had a great stay. My only hiccup was when my guest and I needed to book a taxi to the airport to go home 2.5 days prior, the lady I spoke with didn’t know the airport wasn’t open until 4am. So we ended up having the taxi come for 2am and we sat waiting for a while before allowed access to the airport. Was unfortunate nobody else noticed this, to tell us to book the taxi later, and didn’t inform us about the airports hours of operation. Otherwise a great spot to stay

The hotel is clean, the staff are really nice and helpful, the breakfast is very good a lot of choices, the bed is nice and the bathroom is comfortable. The ladies in the front desk are the best, they are always with smile and willing to help. I love it, for sure I will stay here next time.

Sehr nah am lokalen Bahnhof der einen direkt auf die Insel führt. Das Hotel selbst hat eine gute Ausstattung und ist sehr sauber. Allerdings war die Dusche, sowie der Duschkopf undicht, was aber unseren gesamten Eindruck nicht beeinträchtigt hat, da wir dort sowieso nur geschlafen haben.

Great value for money. 7 minute walk from Mestre Station and 4 minute walk to bus stop for Route 2, which takes you to Venice in 20 minutes. Hotel staff were friendly, rooms were clean and cool, and I would definitely stay here again.

Séjour de 2 nuits. Tout était parfait. Bus facile à prendre pour se rendre à Venise. Petite marche de 2 minutes seulement pour rejoindre l’arrêt sur la rue principale. Personnel avenant et accueillant, possibilité d’acheter les passes de bus ou Vaporetto directement à l’accueil, ce qui est facilitant. Déjeuner style buffet disponible sur place (il faut réserver sa place) avec frais supplémentaires, un peu cher (15 euros - nous avons payé 10 euros dans un autre hôtel à Florence) mais tout de même bien pratique. Merci ! On a adoré notre séjour chez vous ! Les lits sont confortables aussi ! À bientôt, on l’espère..

Nice staff !
Nice stay, the staff is very kind and helpful. Sorry that charging a car is sooooo expensive. But no problem, I was able to charge elsewhere. The breakfast is ok but buy it at the hotel, much less expensive than when booking. For the rest, clean and quiet room, good wifi and close to the train station. The staff helped me on two occasions.

The hotel itself was great! Amazing staff and very clean! The staff can assist you to get into Venice and offer bus and water taxi tickets to help you with that. However the area it was in didn’t feel too safe. Transport into Venice took a while, and the area it is located in does not have much to offer. If you are looking to spend the majority of your stay in Venice it may be worth staying somewhere closer. Cannot fault the hotel or the staff though!

A beautiful sustainable hotel to stay in if you’re looking to explore Venice. We enjoyed the location (as it is much quieter and very close to a bus to take you into Venice), as well as the rooms, with very comfortable beds. The staff is incredibly accommodating kind. Will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know who wants to stay near, but not in, Venice!

Unser Zimmer war gleich neben dem Empfangsbereich, also nicht ideal und kein Ruhiger Ort sowohl von innen als von aussen. Der Herr der uns empfangen hat war überzeugt dass dieses Zimmer ein ruhiger Ort ist und hat nichts unternommen. Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hotels gut und die Ausstattung des Zimmer ok ausser das Lavabo und die Dusche aber dafür sauber. Schade das uns dieses Zimmer zugeordnet wurde. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt. Empfehlungen zu Ausflügen usw sehr knapp gehalten.

The location located at Venice Mestre Stn which is a residential area, the surroundings are quiet but bus stop is 3 min walk to main island. It is fine with us that could escape away the busy and crowded areas after a day sightseeing.

EXCELLENT CHOICE
On a quiet street. Desk clerks were very helpful. One even accompanied us to our room and explained everything to us. Room and bathroom were very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selections were excellent and high quality. Our stay was only 1 night. But since we got there around 6pm, we decided to take the 10 minute train ride into Venice for dinner from the Mestre station, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
