We’ll meet guests to hand over the keys and provide some information about the apartment and Venice. After that, we’ll be available via Airbnb chat or by phone.

The neighborhood is charming, just a stone’s throw from Campo San Barnaba and Campo Santa Margherita. The Accademia and the Zattere are very close by, and Rialto is just 15 minutes away.
The area is full of excellent restaurants and traditional local spots. There are also essential services such as a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, tobacco shop, etc.

The nearest stop is Cà Rezzonico. The bus station is just a 10-minute walk away, and the train station is 15 minutes away.

We’ll welcome you in person upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We’ll be available to assist with any needs, either through Airbnb messaging or by phone at the number provided to you.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price, and you’ll be asked to pay it upon arrival.
The total is 4€ per person per night for adults; €2 per night for children between the ages of 10 and 15; children under 10 are exempt.
Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur a surcharge to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
