The space
Casa Murrina is a bright apartment located on the third and top floor, with a typical view of the Venetian rooftops and a small terrace.
The apartment consists of a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms (all with double beds), a small terrace overlooking the rooftops, a dining area, and a bathroom. The area is very quiet and residential, just a short walk from Piazzale Roma, the main hub for getting around the city.

The two larger bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, while the smallest bedroom has a portable fan.

The kitchen, while basic, is functional and well-equipped.
Wi-Fi available.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment except for two rooms, which are locked and reserved for the owner.

Other things to keep in mind
The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. It is €4 per person per night for adults, €2 per night for children ages 10 to 16 (not yet 17), and children under 10 are exempt.
Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur an additional fee to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
