With two spacious double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, it offers the utmost in comfort. Its location, just a short walk from Piazzale Roma, allows you to easily reach the main tourist attractions. It features air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. (Tourist tax not included).

The Space
Casa sul Rio is a spacious apartment with two double bedrooms and a view of the canal. The windows, all facing the canal, offer privacy and provide an authentic Venetian atmosphere. The location is perfect: just a short walk from Campiello Mosca and Campo Santa Margherita, and only a 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma, with just one bridge to cross.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and two romantic bedrooms decorated in soft, delicate tones. The bathroom features a shower.

It can accommodate up to 5 people, thanks to the two double bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living area. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The area is central, but the apartment is located on a quiet alley that opens onto a canal, frequented only by residents. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a variety of shops, including souvenir shops, a tobacco shop, a newsstand, a large supermarket, a bakery, several restaurants, and the best pastry shop in Venice!

Campo Santa Margherita, a lively square with pubs, bars, and restaurants, is just a 5-minute walk away. Piazzale Roma, with the bus station and vaporetto stop, is just as close—only 5 minutes away. From there, you can easily reach all of Venice’s main areas

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Other things to keep in mind
We’ll welcome you personally upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We’ll be available for any needs you may have, either via Airbnb messaging or by phone at the number we’ll provide.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Check-in is free of charge from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For check-ins after 8:00 PM, availability is limited and the following surcharges apply, payable upon arrival:

From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 a.m.

After 8:00 p.m., you can check in on your own by filling out the online check-in form and scheduling an appointment with our staff for the following day, between 9:30 AM and 7:00 PM, so we can verify your identity and collect the tourist tax.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
