It features two spacious, quiet, and cozy double bedrooms, both equipped with Smart TVs, ideal for ensuring relaxation and privacy.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and can accommodate up to 6 people, thanks in part to the two bathrooms, which make the home practical and comfortable even for groups or families.

The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect even for longer stays, and comes with an oven, microwave, kettle, and a pod-style coffee machine.

Guest Access
The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building and will be entirely at your disposal.

Other things to keep in mind
- Tourist tax: This is not included in the booking price and must be paid at check-in, as required by municipal regulations.
- Trash: The apartment is equipped with recycling bins. We kindly ask you to follow the instructions provided and to leave the bags securely closed in the designated area on the first floor. Leaving loose trash is not permitted.
- Check-in:
At the time of booking, you will be asked to fill out an online check-in form with the mandatory information required by the municipality.
Standard check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; after 8:00 PM, a surcharge applies:
from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35; from 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: 50€.
Check-ins after 12:30 AM are not guaranteed.
