The apartment is located 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma and 10 minutes from the Santa Lucia train station. The area is very quiet despite being just a short walk from Campo Santa Margherita, the heart of Venice’s nightlife. As it’s a residential area, there are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, newsstands, tobacco shops, and all the main stores.

The nearest vaporetto stops are Piazzale Roma and San Tomà. The main waterbus routes to all destinations in the city depart from Piazzale Roma.

We’ll welcome you in person and provide you with all the necessary information. We’re available both through Airbnb messaging and by phone at a number that will be provided to you.
The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and an additional fee payable upon arrival.
From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-inafter 12:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to show your identification documents for identification purposes, as required by national law.
Finally, trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
