Välkommen till vårt senaste tillägg till vår Semesteruthyrning familj! Denna fastighet ligger i de underbara Ventura Keys, nära restauranger, butiker, Venturas centrala Main Street och Stilla havet! När du kommer in i fastigheten, hälsas du med den ljusa och luftiga öppenheten i vardagsrummet. Med sina trägolv, stora, plyschiga soffor och tegel spis, kommer du och din familj att ha en avkopplande tid medan du njuter av detta utrymme. Precis utanför de fönsterrutor, dubbla dörrar, får du tillgång till den fantastiska trädgården. Trädgården har höga väggar för din integritet såväl som den enda privata poolen vi har i alla våra Semesterbostäder! Poolen, som nyligen renoverades, har ett infällbart automatisk skydd, jacuzzi, solstolar och inbyggt utomhuskök för de varma sommarnattgrillarna. Tillbaka i hemmet till vänster om vardagsrummet hittar du köket. Med sitt klinkergolv, långa bänkskivor och uppdaterade apparater kommer detta kök att ge dig allt du behöver när det gäller dina matlagningsexpeditioner. Till höger om vardagsrummet hittar du också det första sovrummet, som har en dubbelsäng och en plattskärms-TV samt sitt eget personliga badrum. Badrummet har dusch samt hans och hennes handfat. På övervåningen hittar du de återstående sovrummen och badrummen. Det andra sovrummet har två fulla sängar och en platt-TV. Det tredje sovrummet har en monterad platt-TV och en våningssäng med två dubbla madrasser. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng samt ett stort fönster med utsikt över det lugna omgivningen. Alla rum har även trägolv. Badrummet ligger också på andra våningen och har en dusch / badkar combo samt hans och hennes sänkor.

Pool and hot tub were great. Quiet neighborhood. Not beach front. 5ish minute bike ride to the beach bike path. Near Vons grocery by car. Some of the outlets are loose. The dishwasher needs to be descaled and/or needs rinse aide -- the dishes come out looking dirty. If it rains the day before, ask property management to take the water off the pool cover -- they told us to find a bucket and take the water out ourselves to open the pool (super inconvenient and it was a ton of labor).

This house was great! The pool was amazing and the highlight of the weekend. The house has air conditioning, which was great because it was a hot weekend (this was not mentioned in the listing). Master bedroom was downstairs and perfect for my elderly parents (walkin shower). Would definitely stay here again.

High School graduation brought us to this wonderful home away from home. Our stay at this property was magical, slow quiet morning coffee time, and bustling evenings with all of my adult children and grandchildren gathered in one place for meals, games, and time at the pool and hot tub. Comfy beds, and a master rain shower head that is like heaven. I think we're in for a bathroom remodel at home

Family vacation

We stayed at the property last year. We were amazed and surprised with the upgrades. A remodeled kitchen with new appliances. A remodeled master bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower. The best surprise was the addition of a powder room. We hope to stay there again next year.

Family vacation

Our stay was nice. The vrbo was older but clean. It was in a nice area. The dishwasher was broke and the pool cover broke. However easy to communicate with property manager. Was a good time!!

Comfortable Home

My family came in from out of town and we needed a place big and roomy enough to house everyone. The house was perfect! it was very comfortable. Love the big comfy couch and the beds were also comfy. The location was central to all we wanted to do around Ventura. My only complaint is the pool and jacuzzi were not heated and there were no instructions around to turn on the pool or jacuzzi. We finally figured it out, however as you know it takes a few days to heat up a pool or jacuzzi. We were able to use it on the third day and just bared the cold on the second day. Other than that great stay! The house has all you need. Will definitely rent again.

Fabulous pool and spa

We had a family reunion, did lots of cooking in the well equipped kitchen and outdoor barbeque. We all had so much fun swimming that we only went to the beach one time. Thank you so much for everything.

Family get away

We grew up in Ventura County and we returned to attend the strawberry festival. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the pool/hot tub was great. The dishwasher top shelf needed fixed but other than that the house was great.

Best of both worlds

Perfect house to gather with friends . Close to beach and downtown shops and restaurants . So nice to enjoy pool and jacuzzi and perfect home enjoy family and friends visit.

Great location and pool

We had our kids and grandkids for a bit more than a week. The pool and jacuzzi were used a lot, and worked well. Pool cover provided some comfort with a 2 and 4 year old with us. House is a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants and grocery store. House needs some TLC and attention to deferred maintenance. But overall we had a great experience.

Nice house

It was nice and accommodated 8 of us comfortably and we enjoyed our stay and would go back again. However, the cleaning fee seemed excessive in light of the fact that there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts in the back, the BBQ was dirty and the towels were shabby and stained, despite having been laundered, so that needs updating. Linen closet was in complete disarray. The pool and jacuzzi did not ever heat properly and the water heater was very noisy and was possibly not-functioning properly. Beware the Remax management, who holds onto the very large security deposit for up to 3 weeks and returns it by check instead of crediting back to the card. Remax office told us that their credit card processor is terrible and takes up to 3 months to refund by credit card. We opted for a check in the mail and were told by Remax it was dropped in the mailbox on the 17th but was actually post marked and mailed the 25th. The house was nice as was the neighborhood-perfect for a quiet weekend getaway.

Nice place

The house is comfortable and clean. The couch and chairs in the TV area are very comfy. The pool is great, but does take a long time to warm up. The location is very convenient to the beach, a short walk. We had a great time.

Loved the property, it fit my whole family, very comfortably.

We loved the house. Everyone enjoyed the pool. My 4 year old granddaughter really improved with swimming. It was decorated very cute. The house was clean. Enjoyed that there where TV’s in all the rooms. I would rent this house again. Thank you so much.

Great location and backyard!

The backyard pool was amazing, and easy enough to figure out the heater and all that. Grill worked great! Plenty of room to hang out inside and outside. Kitchen was enough stocked for us to make meals and drinks. We were able to walk (~10 mins) to coffee shop , tacos and other food places. There was a small chunk of beach down the street but the main one was by the coffee and food so easy to walk to as well. We had 9 people stay and felt very comfortable- would recommend and come back again!

Great spot for families

We had a blast staying here. The pool and spa were key as was having a outdoor grilling area. We came down to get away from our house during this Covid craziness and this place absolutely felt like a home away from home. A few callouts. The house has everything you need which is great but if you want to utilize the espresso machine, just know it’s a nespresso machine and you need to bring your own pods. The only real issue we had was that the dishwasher didn’t work and we never got a response from the rental agency (remax) about it when we emailed and sent them chats through the app. Thankfully though I had enough know how to fix it, as it was just a capacitor wire to control the flow of water that was disconnected.
