We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Ver-sur-Mer, this charming house of lime pit foot entirely renovated to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 85 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 600 m² with terrace. We are waiting for you!

The house on one level is composed as follows:

Day space:
- A beautiful and bright living room with two sofas, a TV, a fireplace (decorative) and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker...
- A laundry room in the basement.

Night space :
- Jungle room : a queen-size bed (160×2000).
- Travel room: a double bed (140×190).
- Romantic Bohemian room: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, iron and ironing board and a barbecue.

By booking this house, you will be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 600 m² with fruit trees and a terrace of 20 m² facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Ver-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of essential shops : supermarket, bar-tobacco, bakery, restaurant.
