The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee maker and an Italian coffee pot. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, and self check-in option.



Enjoy 2 private open terraces, 1 covered private terrace, and 2 private balconies with views, as well as a private barbecue and outdoor shower. The communal garden and playground offer space to relax. The outdoor communal pools are available in summer; the heated indoor pool is open year-round. There is also a communal children's pool, and all pool areas have security gates. Please note that the pools are unsupervised and there is no lifeguard. The complex has a paddle tennis court.



A parking space is included in the covered communal garage. Quiet hours: Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from midnight. Smoking is allowed only on private terraces. Video recording is in place around the community perimeter for security.



The property is close to the beach and the town of Mojácar.
