Located right on the beachfront, just 300 meters from the sea, our duplex penthouse is perfect for up to 4 people. It features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a 150 cm sofa bed.

But without a doubt, the most spectacular part is the 35 m² terrace where you can sunbathe with views of the pool, dine outdoors, or enjoy dinner under the stars...

And don’t forget about the pool! Take a refreshing dip and have fun with the little ones.

The space

Our home features ducted air conditioning and heating, and includes:

- A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a desk where you can work, and a wardrobe to store your clothes.

- A cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a 42-inch Smart TV, and a dining area for up to 4 guests.

- An open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.

- A large terrace overlooking the pool, with sun loungers for relaxing, a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a hose, and a clothesline.

You’ll have all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay.

Guest access

You will have exclusive use of the property, ensuring both comfort and privacy.

The apartment has high-speed internet and a Smart TV, allowing you to work remotely or enjoy movies and shows during your stay.

It also features ducted air conditioning and heating throughout, so it will be perfectly climate-controlled any time of year.

From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the pool and partial sea views.

We offer free parking, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot during your stay.
