The villa is located in the beautiful area of the Castagnola Promontory in the Piemonte region in Lago Maggiore, just north of the Borromeo Islands. The villa has the most alluring dreamy views encompassing the entire lake from north to south.

Pallanza is located in the Piemonte region, Stresa town (14 km) is a 20 minute drive away where you can find many fine shops, delicious restaurants and stunning lakeside prominades.

## Transit

Intra town (4 km) is a short drive away and offers the hop on car-ferry to reach Laveno Mombello in the Lombardy region.
