“When I arrived at the hotel, he didn't have no disability where I was available so I had to go upstairs and then I was told breakfast was at 6 o'clock am and it ended up being 630am so I was not able to eat breakfast when I was time for me to eat I was disappointed”

“I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. “Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms?
