“Unfortunately, our stay was cut very, VERY short due to signs of bed bugs. We asked staff to be changed to a different room but was only offered a room a few doors down from where there were traces of dead bed bugs. We opted to not stay and requested a refund. Staff were quick to get us out of there. Didn't ask to see pictures for proof or nothing for that matter. They said they would looking in to have a refund processed and that was it. We ended up staying in out vehicle at a rest stop...
