“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“Tout était parfait. Le seul inconvénient est l odeur de parfum à la réception et au restaurant, ce qui nous a empêcher de se nourrir au resto car c est une odeur très intense.”

“We stayed two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the standard. We had been warned that the neighborhood was a bit rough… We liked its proximity to Snowden metro, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was ok. It cannot compare to a North European breakfast but we had bagels, yogurt, muffins, cereals and juice, and coffee/tea of course. Very nice breakfast hostess and reception staff. “Great stay! Friendly staff and beautiful room. Lovely area! Walking distance to a lot of things. We would definitely stay again.”

“Bra rum men utsikten från rummet var sämre. Trevlig personal!”

“Trevligt och rymligt rum med balkong. Fin takterass med utsikt över staden. Poolområde och sittmöjligheter även på plan 4. Bra läge med restauranger och cafeer i närheten.”

“Restaurant was in need of more staff. Food was so so. Never got in the pool. Hot tub was not really a hot tub. We were there for a hockey game. Overall, the hotel was great.”

“Mycket trevligt hotell med bra restaurang och trevlig personal”

“I’d give zero stars if I could. On October 30, my partner and I left our room for the day. When we came back, housekeeping had made the bed, and someone had also gone through our bags. My partner’s toiletry bag had been rifled through, its contents shuffled into my bag, and items from the counter stuffed into both of our bags. Two bottles of his cologne were gone, including a gift I’d brought back from New York that you can’t buy in Canada. Those same bags held our prescription medications. We...
