Welcome to the renovated Casa Ana. In our family-friendly holiday home, four-legged friends are also welcome guests. Relax at the on-site, gently sloping private pool with Roman steps. A small park opposite with pine trees allows you to take a shady walk with your pet even on hot days. Your holiday home has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping options. In the upper studio (3rd bedroom) there is also a small shower room. The studio can be booked additionally for an additional charge. In the lower part of the house, two bedrooms share the newly renovated shower room. The living room, a bedroom in the lower part of the house, as well as the studio, have air conditioning (hot/cold) and thus ensure relaxing cooling on hot summer days. Cook to your heart's content in the large, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace adjacent to the kitchen. The holiday home has a washing machine. Casa Ana is located about 600m from the beach in a quiet street. There is plenty of parking space for your vehicles directly opposite the property entrance. Bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities are nearby. Numerous leisure activities such as the large sports center (Tonus) can also be reached quickly. In about 20 minutes you can reach the district capital Denia with its famous castle Castillo de Denia. From there you can enjoy the fantastic view over the city and the harbor.
