“Honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have seen. Excellent area with green spaces and paved walks. A number of dining options within easy walk as well as grocery and pharmacy. Beds and linens are excellent; staff friendly and helpful; rooms are well laid out with kitchenettes. Enjoyed our 2 night stay - would gladly have stayed longer!”

“Stayed the night to attend the 38 Special concert at the Champlain Valley Fair which was virtually across the street. Could not have been more convenient. This is a brand new motel. The staff was fine and check in a breeze. The room was spacious. Room furniture and decor is what I have seen in European hotels with a hard floor (no carpet) and component furnishings. Nothing wrong with that but a bit different than what we have become accustomed to in the states. AC was a tad loud but slept well...

“A very old historic hotel. Has the oldest elevator in VT. Charming. Nice gardens. Guest can not use elevator and all rooms are upstairs. so if you have any mobility issues its a problem. ”
