The hotel is situated ideally from the train station in Vernazza, overall we found this village the cosiest and most accessible from the train station. “The check-in was a bit confusing and I had to contact the owner myself coz there is no reception at the given address. The AC was also not working at all. Good the weather wasn't so warm. Otherwise the room is very comfy. ”

“Staff was wonderful. The room was clean and cute with an excellent location. The WiFi wasn't working and i had a problem with my phone service at the time so that was an issue. The staff put a phone in and let me use a hotspot so that was sweet. Ty for a great stay!”

“Apartment was a great location and nice. Host was a poor communicator. Up until the night before when I called, there was ZERO response despite multiple messages and Whats Up Messages. The listing specifically says Dryer. There is no dryer. This was one of the main reasons we chose this accomodation. Very disappointing and when asked, Host ignored and acted like it was no big deal.”

“My husband and I stayed here for several days and enjoyed the space. It was very clean (I have high standards in this area) and everything was exactly as the listing noted, except we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer IN the unit, that came in so handy! There are a lot of steep stairs leading up to the unit and they are no joke. But that is true if you are coming to this area, period. There are lots of tiny, steep stairs everywhere. The ones at this apartment are no worse than anywhere...

“Vernazza is absolutely charming, though if you come, be prepared for climbing stairs and fitting into tight spaces. The rooftop deck is a wonderful place to sip coffee or wine and admire the view. ”
