Disturbing train station
Nice room, clean, steep stairs, good bathroom. But: the house is next to the train station. There are fast trains that roar through and local trains that brake in with screeching brakes day and night. You hear the pling plong and all the announcements day and night. Even with the window closed. The fan didn't work so it got stuffy in the room with the windows closed.

The property was quite comfortable. The bed was firm but not hard. It had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The rooms had been well cleaned. I can recommend this place. As in a lot of the places we stayed in Italy, one has to climb a lot of stairs to access the property.

Salve Al momento della prenotazione c è scritto che essendo un affittacamere e necessario sapere l orario di arrivo perché non è un albergo. L arrivo e dalle 15 alle 17 e voi siete arrivati fuori orario ma vi abbiamo fatto entrare con il codice. Il riscaldamento era attivo come c era sapone nei dispense comunque di questi problemi non ci ha avvisato ma ha dormito ugualmente rilasciando questa pessima recensione che non corrisponde a verita

The property was not that i expect . The bathroom is so small. I never see nothing like that before. No head shower and the bathtub is to small and dirty. No shower curtain at all...When you take shower water goes everywhere. They have fridge but no sink,,,If you want wash a fruit or something you must to use the bathroom sink, Big sign in the "kitchen says" is private. Dont open the doors. So no kitchen, no stove, no microwave...The wifi a asked for and they said doesnt work. I asked for breakfast and they said was not included . But when i booked the info said wi fi and breakfast. we feel very unsafe. No keys for the entrance "kitchen area" no keys for the bedroom....The entrance is on the side de street and you must to climb 69 steps until your bedroom...Irregular stones going up...i am writing this because some people like me have no idea what expect...dont be surprise..Another thing before we arrive they asked my creditcard info . I said i payed already and they said no. after i said i have all the receipt from expedia they said ok, So be careful...

Buongiorno probabilmente è stato in altro alloggio Da noi ha prenotato una camera con bagno privato e terrazza ed è quello che le è stato dato Le porte si chiudono con le chiavi e le porte Dell alloggio chiuse e perché sono nostre private. Il bagno ha una piccola vasca con doccia come da foto quando ha prenotato il frigo e grande con anche il congelatore. A Vernazza ci sono scale la prossima volta se ne vada in costiera romagnola. Premetto che prima di prenotare ha visto tutte le foto non capisco di cosa si debba lamentare. La tariffa esatto non comprendeva la colazione perché era già scontata ha pagato meno di cento euro a notte e quindi non c era colazione.

I am writing because I want advice the next guest to this place . 69 steps until the room, they have fridge, but no sink , you can’t use any plates at the place” the signs say don’t use , don’t open , is private “ really why they rent if you can’t use anything ? The shower is the smallest I have see in one month in Italy . Dirty . No shower Curtain , no head shower , just small bath tub can’t you get in. The info says included breakfast, but when I asked they say no, only for advertise . And they say have wi fi. When I asked by text message he said no . Doesn’t work . I asked discount because no Wi-Fi and no breakfast they said no . To bad . I don’t recommend at all. The only think is great is the balcony . That’s all.

This is a lovely and charming room just over Via Roma. Rustic but that’s to be expected in this small village. We had a terrace and that made a big difference. I recommend it. Hassle free.

Shower head keeps falling and creating a potential hazard. Room took 40 minutes to find even though it was on the Main Street and minutes from the train station. Had to ask 4 local merchants to help. Very, very frustrating. Need better after hour instructions. Why not have a sign on or near the door to let you know where it is?

No TV. No Internet. No cleaning. For entire stay.
No TV, no Internet, no daily cleaning during entire 3 day stay. No interest in fixing the situation with internet and TV, even though I texted him many times. Full price paid for room. Nothing special about the room. Very disappointed. This was the worst booking I ever made on Hotels.com.

Vacations after Covid restrictions lifted
La ubicacion del lugar es excellente. La limpieza y el departamento es muy buena. Lo unico es que la banera es un poco incomoda y no tiene cortinas, pero todo lo demas es muy buena.

Una stanza in centro a Vernazza
La posizione a Vernazza è ottima in quanto che è esattamente in centro sulla via principale. Non va bene per chi gli da fastidio il rumore in quanto che se hai la finestra aperta si sentono tutti i rumori della via e della stazione ferroviaria. Non c'è il condizionatore ma il clima di Vernazza non è male neanche senza. All'occorrenza sono presenti due ventilatori. Le condizioni della camera erano ottime

The room was clean and convenient. It had the necesary bed and bath supplies but the kitchen was poorly supplied. Fortunately our stay was short so it did not impact us much.

But you booked the room with the bathroom was not an apartment I do not know what you are talking about... We rent rooms with bathroom not holiday homes before writing do not get confused.

Top location in Vernazza
A great location in Vernazza; so close to the railway station. Easy location to find and the apartment is accessible from the street by way of steps, and then stairs within the apartment. The view from the balcony makes the exercise so worthwhile. What better place to sit and sip your wine and enjoy the hustle & bustle of the street down below! Plenty of eating options nearby, and only a short walk to the beach/sea. The path to Corniglia passes right by the entrance to the apartment. The continental breakfast (European style) provisions replenished daily are adequate, but don't expect milk to be provided for your coffee/tea. There are no cooking facilities in this apartment, but who needs them with all the restaurants and cafes so close. The pedestal fans provided good ventilation and cooling. Be aware there is no airconditioning in the apartment. All in all, a clean and comfortable place to stay to experience the authentic Vernazza, and accommodation that didn't disappoint.

The apartment was nice and spacious for 2 people. Everything is within walking distance. You have to walk up a lot of stairs to get to it so just keep that in mind. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Vernazza.

The place was clean which was good. But it was really hard to find and the instructions weren’t provided. We were also not told about the wifi password. For people going to Cinque Terre for the first time it can be confusing. The location was good as it was on the main road and there are very minimal steps to carry suitcases up.

La reception è in centro paese a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla stazione chiaramente specificata nella prenotazione come la password e scritta all interno della camera. La camera è centrale a pochi passi dalla spiaggia con pochissimi gradini.

No welcome mat
The location is good. Check in was simple. The apartment is clean, but disappointing in some aspects. 1. The shower is over the tiniest bath you have ever seen and has no curtain. 2. Towels aren't changed daily, but you have to mop the water off the floor with something 3. The kitchen looks good with a big fridge, but in reality they left 2 plates, 2 cutlery, no sink to wash up, no microwave, cupboards all locked, nothing to cook with, so not much point having a big fridge. 4. Everything was locked away and it just felt like you were an unwelcome paying guest in someones home, and they will bring all the good stuff out when you leave! 5.The breakfast was adequate but just some dry biscotti and Jam, and pre pavkaged croissonts on the table (to be eaten off the dirty plate from teh night before because no kitchen sink!).

Salve Lei ha affittato una camera non una casa vacanza con l uso di cucina e quanto altro. La pulizia era quotidiana e tutto compreso i piatti della colazione le venivano lavati. Gli sportelli chiusi perché ci sono armadi con prodotti della struttura.

Vi fikk angitt at frokost skulle være på en nærliggende bar, men det stemte ikke. Lette en stund etter dette før vi gikk inn på en bar og betalte frokost selv første dagen. Frokost viste seg å være vacumpakkede croissanter og syltetøy og nutella på rommet, men ikke smør. Trappene opp til rommet var trange og stupbratte noe det burde vært opplyst om.Anbefaler å komme med ryggsekk og ikke koffert.

La colazione che avete prenotato era quella descritta al momento della prenotazione. Quella al bar è stata aggiunta dopo ad un altro prezzo, vi è stata proposta ma da voi rifiutata perché c era un supplemento. Non è vero che siete andate al bar, avete sempre mangiato la colazione che vi è stata messa quindi evitate cortesemente di scrivere bugie e di usare le rececome vendette. Le scale siete a Vernazza e ovvio che non ci sia l ascensore ma infatti anche questo è ampiamente descritto nel sito

Balcony and street view over Vernazza.
Very central in beautiful Vernazza. Check in in a store nearby, and the keys are found in the door and you leave it on the table when you leave. There are a few stairs to concour before you are on the second floor though.

Clean, basic room in the center of Vernazza
This was clean, basic room right in the middle of Vernazza. Excellent location near good restaurants and the train station. Everything in the room was clean and worked.

The accommodations were okay, the staff did daily turndown sevice. There was no AC but a fan was provided. We adjusted too the lack of ac after the first night. If you are expecting a full B&B breakfast you will disappointed as it is hardly a B&B. They provide pre packaged croissants, tarts and Melba toast w/Jams.

Il tipo di colazione è in relazione al prezzo pagato ed è descritto sul sito come il fatto che ci siano ventilatori e non A. C. La prossima volta spendete di più se volete servizi migliori La media a Vernazza sono 250 euro a notte e non i 100 che avete speso voi

The location and the room are nice, very cool balcony to drink a chill beer or wine. The only problem we found is that the stuff don’t know what time is the check out. They opened the door and come into the room with us still in the bed, embarrassing
