The building of Ventu de Ma offers 2 Studios (Studio 1 and Studio 2) and 1 Double Room with Sea View. Each Studio has air conditioning and own kitchenette corner, while the Double Room offers an amazing sea view from the balcony.

The entire property can be sold for a large party or as separate units, since all the units can have private access.

Studio 1

Ventu de Ma Studio 1 is a large open space with ensuite bathroom.

The unit offers a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette corner with stove, tea and coffee boiler and toaster. The room has two windows opening on a curious corner of the village. Ventu de Ma Studio 1 has an elegant private bathroom with shower.

The entire property has been restored in 2019 and has excellent furnishing and decors.

The owner offer use of a laundry room located on second floor with independent access  both from the indoor staircase or from a village sea view backroad. From this backroad it's possible enjoying a unique and amazing sea view.

The laundry room serves all the three units of the building and has also kitchen facilities for Room 3.
