Our two-bedroom, two-bath home with a large screened patio lies just a three-minute walk from an idyllic beach practically at your doorstep. Private path to the beach.
Tucked away among mature trees and lush foliage, the house was recently remodeled and is tastefully furnished. The kitchen with granite countertops is new, as are the baths, one with a walk-in tiled shower and the other with a tub. All furnishings are top quality. You will also find beach chairs, towels, linens, a well-appointed kitchen, a Samsung 50" Smart-TV allowing you to watch YouTube and listen to music, a telephone (unlimited local and long-distance calls in the US and Canada), Wi-Fi, a CD player, a microwave, and everything else you need. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a sofa bed, a TV, and a full bathroom with a tub. The house comes with two parking spaces, one enclosed and one open.

Coralstone is a charming gated community and offers an exceptionally large heated swimming pool, two tennis courts, a spacious clubhouse with a gym, sauna, billiard table, piano, and a giant TV. Numerous golf courses, some world-famous, are within easy driving distance. Orlando theme parks are less than two hours away. Vero Beach has become an elegant town and resort with numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries. The closest major airport is Melbourne (40 minutes). Orlando and Palm Beach are both 90 minutes away. The Vero Beach Regional Airport offers some non-stop flights to the Northeast.

A rental application to the owner's condo association is required, with a minimum of 2 weeks' advance notice preferred. There is a mandatory $100 non-refundable application fee to the owner's condo association for each booking (Administrative fee). Upon receiving your confirmed booking, I will send you the rental application. It is a very simple and quick form to complete, but it is a condo association requirement for all Guests.
