Du au problème avec United, je ne suis pas allé à Vero Beach. Donc j’ai demandé du annuler mon séjour, ils ont annulé mais m’ont dit que vous me rembourseriez. Suite à l’annulation de mon vol pour Orlando et à un transfert vers Cleveland. Où j’ai attendu pendant des heures, j’ai raté les funérailles d’un membre de la famille, donc il y a eu aussi l’annulation de ma location de voiture, donc tout c’est mal passé et vu l’épuisement je me suis retrouvé au lit au Spark hôtel durant 2 jours. Pour l’auto ils ont annulé tout simplement

The hotel was super clean and complete. No idea what the bad reviews are even talking about. The pool was clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the room oustanding!

Friendly staff helpful. Breakfast staff Clare, Michael, and Clare’s son. Didn’t get his name. Breakfast was very good. This is are second time here. We usually never repeat hotels but this is worth it to us.

Our room was clean. Our room had no smells. It had a cute pool area. We had a nice breakfast. It isnt fancy but very nice. It would be nice for a family reunion. No complaints. Enjoyed our stay. NO SMELLS!

The bathroom was terrible. It was really outdated. The coating on the bathtub was peeling off. We had no maid service. We had to empty our trash cans and get fresh towels every night. The breakfasts were very good. The staff was nice.

Run the other way! Run down and in need of many repairs. Had to call maintenance several times. Had to change rooms once because there was no hot water in the sink. Tub did not drain. TV did not work. Phone did not work. No way to call the front desk. They do not answer anyway. Staff tried, but there were so many problems.

There was eighteen baseball boys in a team, rowdy till 2.30am, walls seemed very thin, we think they were next door, nice staff, tasty breakfast but could use some fresh fruit

Very bad experience at this hotel. First thing I checked the sheets and one of the bed had a big stain. We did asked to have them changed right away. Right after, we noticed the door of the bathroon was very dirty as well as the door frames. The bath was full of paint flakes and later we killed a weird bug. Overall, disgusting room. Ask manager to call us, he never did. Don't go there. !!!!!

The front desk person and hostess, Claire, at breakfast were very pleasant. The recent remodel gave the hotel rooms a very updated look. Comfortable mattresses. Bar size fridge was a plus for longer stays. Also had a bar/restaurant on site.

One of the beds was uncomfortable and the pool was not heated, it was too cold to swim in. Otherwise, it is a good motel.
