Excellent stay!
I hadn’t read that many recensions about this place before arriving, just saw that this had very good reviews. It usually makes me a bit suspicious but this was indeed fantastic place. I can not anything else than agree with everything. Service was excellent, apartment unbelievable cleaned (just give a look to forks and knives..), bed was extreme comfortable and apartment really spacious. We loved our one night stay here. Very good price during the winter time. Probably the best quality- value in Verona. Five stars!

Utmärkt centralt belägen lägenhet!
Varit i Verona flera gånger, men första gången i lägenhet. Vi kan gärna tänka oss igen att bo i lägenhet och då är Lady Capulet ett utmärkt val. Vi bodde i lägenheten vid namn Duchess, en lägenhet på ca 60 kv.m och balkong ut mot gatan Viccolo Pallone. Litet kök med spis/ugn och kylskåp. Som en fin gest var kylskåpet fyllt med mousserande vin, vatten, juice och Coca-Cola. Fick påfyllning efter två dagar, snyggt! Annars var lägenheten rymlig med sovrum och badrum på ovanvåningen. På nedre våning fanns matsals-bord/4stolar, köket och en soffa som kunde användas som säng. Sängarna var något hårda, men detta är vanligt i Italien. För övrig snyggt och rent i lägenheten. Fantastiskt närområde med bra barer, trattorior och andra restauranger. Till Piazza Bra och Arenan endast 5 minuters gångväg. För bilburna finns två närliggande parkeringshus och till lägenheten ca 5-7 minuters gångväg. Kan varmt rekommendera Lady Capulet.

Nice little gem in Verona
Really nice little hotel located within walking distance to all the sights in the old historic area. The hotell doesnt have breakfast but there is some breakfast places just around the corner. We would definitely stay there again.

Julia was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. Very informative, responsive and helpful. The place is immaculate, clean and comfortable. The best sleep I had in the week I was in Italy. Wish I was able to stay longer. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip!

Good apartment , very well located, but unfortunately the pictures are a combination of 2-3 apartments so it's not what you expect. On our apartment, balcony was not available.

An overwhelming hospitality in Verona

I am American and my Receptionist, Lisa (young thin brunette) is Italian but speaks fluent English. In fact, we only speak English and she has worked for me for two years. The best hotel in my journey!!!
위치는 물론 주인의 센스와 친절함이 장난 아닙니다!! 시설도 넓고 깔끔하고 간단한 조리도 가능해요. 복층으로 되어있는게 불편한 점도 있지만 장점이 훨씬 많아서 불편하다고 느껴지지 않았어요. 베로나 가신다면 무조건 추천입니다!! 밤에는 촛불도 켜놔주시도 웰컴푸드로 머핀과 손편지도 주셨어요. 체크아웃 할때 가방 맡기고 싶었는데 주인이 호텔에 상주하진 않아서 전화로 말씀드렸더니 키도 가지고 나갔다 올 수 있게 해줘서 자유롭게 픽업이 가능했어요. 완전 만족이고 신혼여행때 다른 일정이 불가해서 급하게 변경해 잡은 숙소였는데 긴 여행기간 동안 가장 만족한 숙소였습니다.

We spent two nights at the Duchess apartment and could not be more happy. Not only is it spacious (two floors) and beautifully furnished, the owner/manager Julia was exceptionally helpful. It’s also perfectly located, just five minutes’ walk to the Arena (where we went to see the opera) and the main shopping area. Quiet, very secure and private, this is highly recommended.

Julia is a wonderful hostess.
Julia is a wonderful hostess. She takes care of us like a family. Her apartment is beautiful, classy, right in the middle of the actions. I gave her apartment 5 stars and will go back to stay in the same place again.

Charming apartment that we booked last minute. It is away from the touristy areas in a residential area. A few restaurants around, but you will need to walk a little further (15 min) to find more restaurants or shops. Hostess met us at the property and let us leave our bags early which was a huge help. Loved the brioche they left in the evening and fresh coffee from coffee maker in the kitchenette inside the apartment. Beds were firm and comfortable. You’d be very happy here away from the noise.
